The self-proclaimed music school/record label drop-outs, Classixx were born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, California. Barely into their twenties, the duo have begun to redefine the sound of the LA’s electronic scene by eschewing the trance and techno flavored electro for more sunkissed, disco inspired grooves. Their funky, midtempo sound has been turning heads around the globe and recently landed them the lead single for the new collaboration between Mark the Cobrasnake (Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak) and France’s Kitsune Music. The soon to be classic “I’ll Get You” has been making waves on dancefloors while their Donna Summer’esque vibe has been changing the course of electronic music around the globe.
